All the service offered by key2career is bound by terms and conditions as mentioned on this page only. Please read carefully before using our services.
1. Our Values

3. Contact Support
You can reach us through Email, phone or mail at our address as mentioned on Contact US page. We will respond to Email within one working day. Support on phone is provided during working hours. We will respond to your letters within 7 working days though Post/Courier.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Gazetted holidays in India.
- We do not make international calls. International customers may call us or use Skype to contact us.
4. Requesting information
We will provide ALL information, in our capability, to our customer on request. You may expect response from us as mentioned above.
5. Working Hours
Days of week: Monday to Friday
Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Gazetted Holidays in India.
6. Duration of “Service”
Your service will start once the payment made by you is realized or received by us in FULL (100%) amount as per the selected package. The duration for completion of your service is mentioned in How It Works page. Please refer it for more information.
Note: There is an option of Express Service, using which we create CV for you within 2 days after placing the order. We have separate package for the same. Please call us to know more.
(1 day = 1 Full working day as mentioned in working hours)
7. Delivery of your Resume/ CV
We will deliver your CV only through Email. We will provide your final CV in MS-Word format and PDF format. You may modify MS- Word format as per your need and change the font, color etc.
Note: We will not send any hard copy (printed copy) of your resume through Post/Courier.
8. Price List & Payments
Prices of various packages are mentioned on Price List page. Please refer it for more detail. Price as inclusive of all taxes. Payments are to be made in advance prior using our service. Process to create your CV will start only after receiving FULL (100%) payment as per selected package.
Note: Payments can also be made using Demand Draft or NEFT transfer. Please contact us if you want to make payment through these methods.
9. Refund Policy

10. Other services
