Refund Policy

We provide 100% (FULL) Refund, if request for refund is sent to us, under following conditions:

  1. Refund request is sent within 48Hours of placing order AND
  2. The first draft of your resume has not been sent to you.

How to request for Refund?

Send an email to info@key2career.com with subject line as “Request to cancel” from your registered email ID. Please mention the package selected and your contact details in the Email.

Once we receive your request, within 24 hours you will receive a call for confirmation of this cancellation request. Once confirmed refund will be initiated from our side.

It may take up to 21 working days for refunds to reflect back in your bank account or your credit card, after the refund has been initiated.

In case of any query please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

We will not provide any Refund under following conditions:

  1. You have received 1st draft of your resume.
  2. You have not received any interview call after using our MyCV service. (Interview call are based on many other factors. Your CV is just one of factor.)
  3. If you don’t like font type, font size & color etc. in your CV as provided by us. You can modify those as per your need in the MS-Word document provided by us.
